The digital postcard provides links to reliable sources for the latest news and updates on the pandemic.

Both the digital postcard and video are now available in full Spanish.

Having Trouble Accessing the Links?

Firewalls, plugins, ad blockers and spam filters may prevent you from accessing flimp.me links. Here are common issues and how to resolve them.

MOST LIKELY REASON

Issue 1: HTTP 404 "This flimp.me page can't be found" error when accessing a flimp.me link

Possible Cause: Slow connection speed from viewer's device to our AWS cloud, which hosts flimp.me links. While we serve up the links very fast, the viewer's connection is timing out and disconnecting access to the link.

Suggested Solutions:

  1. Refresh the viewer's browser. All IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers are supported and work properly
  2. Clear the viewer's cache and cookies, then refresh the browser and try again
  3. Check the same link on a mobile device and, if it displays properly, then we know it's a viewer's connection timing out on the other device
  4. Perform a test on the viewer's computer. Check the connection speed here. Below 50 would qualify as slow and may lead to timing out

OTHER POSSIBLE REASONS

Issue 2: The link can be accessed but the video won't play with the error “This video file cannot be played. error code:224003”

Possible Cause: This error can occur when browser plugins such as ad blockers prevent the video from playing

Suggested Solution: Disable the ad blocker plugins for the flimp.me domain

Issue 3: Not being able to access any flimp.me links from any computers within a company

Possible Cause: Strict network firewalls are blocking the flimp.me domain that hosts Flimp videos and digital postcards

Suggested Solution: Have the company’s IT/network admin team check firewalls to whitelist the flimp.me domain, which may be blocked or restricted by the internal firewall. Refer to this Troubleshooting Guide and have the IT team whitelist all in Box B. It takes just a few minutes.
